The activity that Stan enjoyed most was spending time with his grandchildren and making it to as many of their events as possible. Stan was a member of the Lomira Sportsman Club, the Lomira FFA Alumni, Mission Group of Trinity United Methodist Church, Lomira Area Food Pantry and a volunteer at EAA. He was also a 4-H leader for 25 years, active in the Lomira Community Theater and a Lomira Fireman for 25 years. Stan was a charter member of the Lomira Sports Booster Club, an elementary basketball coach for 10 years and proud Scout Master of Troop 740 of which two scouts received their Eagle Award under his leadership. He was employed and very dedicated to the canning industry in Oakfield and at Lakeside Foods in Random Lake for 43 years.
